Registration will be treated as a firm booking once it has been received by Internet, letter, fax, e-mail, or telephone.
Admission to seminars with a limited number of participants will be determined by the order in which registrations are received. Admission by means of a waiting list is possible in the event of cancellations of binding registrations by other participants. There is, however, no right to admission.

Registration Policies

• All Conference or Tutorial registrations need to be accompanied by the Registration Form and Payment.
• Confirmation of registrations will be subject to availability and timely receipt of payment.
• For multiple nominations, photocopy the Registration Form.
• The registration is transferable (to a colleague) on request until October 1, 2008
• On site registrations for the Conference and Tutorials will be open for limited seats.
• For all delegates, badges and delegate kits will be given at the venue.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received up to October 1, 2008 will be entitled a 25% refund. Cancellations after this date will loose the entire fee.

Service provided

• The seminar fee per person and date shall be understood as subject to the addition of Service Tax and includes refreshments during the intervals and lunch on all complete seminar days. The price includes course documentation; this may be purchased irrespective of participation in the course. Prices for Conference Registration / Prices for Tutorial Registration.

• Changes to the program for organizational reasons are possible due to the need for long-term planning. Whether an event takes place is also dependent on a minimum number of participants being reached. PURE CONFERENCE must, therefore, reserve the right to make changes to the days on which courses take place, starting-times, dates, the location of courses and speakers. As far as possible, participants will be notified in time and in a suitable manner. Participants are entitled to cancel immediately their registration in writing in this case.
• PURE CONFERENCE is entitled to cancel a course for material reasons, such as for instance the illness of a speaker or a low number of participants.
• PURE CONFERENCE will refund seminar fees which have already been paid in the event of a cancellation by a participant in accordance with the Cancellation Policy stated above.
• The participant is not entitled to insist that the course take place should it be cancelled by PURE CONFERENCE, nor is she/he entitled to claim the reimbursement of expenses incurred, such as travel and accommodation costs, lost working time and other expenses. The same shall apply in the event of possible necessary changes to dates made at short notice. Changes to reservations by participants will be treated as cancellations.
