Geoff Thompson

Geoff is the Consultancy Director for Experimentus Ltd, a leading Software Quality Management consultancy in the UK. In over 20 years, he has had experience of test analysis, through to Test Management and Process Improvement. He is also a trained assessor and regularly performs Test Maturity Assessments (using the Test Maturity Model).

Geoff helped write the original ISEB Foundation syllabus, and chaired the working party that created the ISEB Practitioner syllabus in 2002. Working with a small international team, Geoff helped create the ISTQB, and currently represents UK on the board.

He was a founder member of theTMMi Foundation and Vice Chairman of the BCS SIGiST (Specialist Group in Software Testing) in the UK. Geoff also co-authored the largest selling testing book onwww.amazon.co.uk – ISEB – A Software Testing Foundation.

William (Bj) Rollison

Bj Rollison is a Test Architect with Microsoft’s Engineering Excellence group where he develops technical training curriculum, and teaches testers and developers at Microsoft various testing techniques and methodologies.

Bj started his professional career building custom solutions for small and medium sized businesses for an OEM company in Japan in 1991. In 1994 he joined Microsoft’s Windows 95 international team. In 1996 he became a test manager in the internet division responsible for Internet Explorer 4.0 and several web-client products. He moved to Microsoft’s technical training group in 1999 as the Director of Testing responsible for planning and organizing training for more than 6000 Microsoft testers. In 2003 Bj decided his passion was teaching and mentoring testers and became a Test Architect. 

Bj also teaches software testing courses at the University of Washington, and sits on the advisory boards for testing certificate programs at the University of Washington, the University of California Extension Santa Cruz, and Lake Washington Technical College, and is a frequent speaker at international software testing conferences.

Ajay Kumar Chhokra

Ajay is the Director--Testing Center of Excellence in United HealthGroup, India. Ajay has done his Masters from IIT, Delhi and B.E. from Delhi College of Engineering. Ajay has over 22 years of experience in QA and Testing and has authored a book "Excellence in Software Quality". He has played the role of Test Engineer, Test Lead, Manager and Practice head for leading product, service and end-user companies both in USA and India. Ajay has been working in refining various Testing Techniques to meet business and technical needs of the projects/Applications. He has been a great promoter of Test Automation and has developed various Automation Frameworks which have been giving good Return on Investment in the projects.
