Registration Policies
- All Conference or Tutorial registrations need to be accompanied by the Registration Form and Payment.
- Confirmation of registrations will be subject to availability and timely receipt of payment.
- For multiple nominations, photocopy the Registration Form.
- The registration is transferable (to a colleague) on request until Oct 1, 2008.
- On site registrations for the Conference and Tutorials will be open for limited seats.
- For all delegates, badges and delegate kits will be given at the venue.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received up to October 1, 2008 will be entitled a 25% refund. Cancellations after this date are liable to lose the entire fee.
